Since it's a rental property, try posting it with your local real estate investment association. They may have a mailing list, an ad board, or publication, etc.
Other resources are craigslist.org, fijiji.com for free listing. You can try ebay.com for a small fee. Anything else needs to be local to you, meaning they need to do extensive marketing in your area to make it worth it.What are the best sites to post my rental property for sale?

Contact a Realtor in your area.. ask for someone that deals with multifamily housing, and I am pretty sure that people will jump on it...
or
Find some other rental companies in your area and get in contact with them about them adding to their portfolio!
List it with a Realtor. There are a ton of FSBO websites, but I don't see any with a strong market share.
