Are there new 2006-07 bubble lights for sale in the chain stores?

My mother and I have a bet which I really would like to win. She thinks she saw in a Sunday add, the ';bubble lights for a Christmas tree.'; Not old ones but new ones with the old flare. I need to win this bet, I have looked for them and can not find them. Please help.Are there new 2006-07 bubble lights for sale in the chain stores?
