Where can I find birman or ragdoll kittens for sale?

I am planning on getting a kitten. I don;t know where I can find the one I want. I'd prefer a chocolate point birman or seal point. But a blue point ragdoll is fine.Where can I find birman or ragdoll kittens for sale?
Instead of buying a kitten, it would be really great to think about rescuing one. If you want a ragdoll, there are tons of them that need homes. There are so many wonderful homeless cats in the world that it would be really great to get one of those (not to mention a lot cheaper).

If you do buy one, you should try to make sure that you buy it from a human breeder and not a kitten mill or anything awful like that.Where can I find birman or ragdoll kittens for sale?
Check Cat Fancy Magazine. They list literally dozens of breeders in their classified ads.
When I was looking for these very same breeders, I just googled the words ';birman cat breeder'; or ';Ragdoll cattery.'; Also get some magazines from your pet store, like Cats USA, which is nothing but a large directory of cat breeders. Check your local newspapers, too.
