There are a lot of internet sites selling woodland for overinflated rates, is there a way of cutting out the middleman. I want it for family recreation use, camping and a place to relax in.Where can I find small woodland for sale in Devon ?

some of the others buy larger ploits from cleggs and split them up and massively mark them up. only way to get a bargain is to buy a large plot now, and i cant afford it on my own.Where can I find small woodland for sale in Devon ?
maybe you could go directly to the forestry commiission.Have seen a few woodlands for sale recently but have always been through an Estate Agent.
