I would join music related forums and post about the new CD, make sure not to spam. After you are a member for a while, most forums allow you to also have live links in your signature and those can work as great advertising.
A well crafted video highlighting just a sample of your music placed on Youtube can stir up a lot of interest. Approach it as a 2 minute (don't make it any longer than that) commercial. Make it right and you'll be amazed.
