What country has legal over the counter vicodin for sale?

I have been told in Mexico they are sold at stores, Canada has them without a prescription but I have looked it up and it isn't true-you always need a doctor visit and prescription, like in the U.S. Where can I go to get vicodin for my uncle without needing a prescription? I don't mean I am willing to wander the streets asking strangers for pills.I want to know which country has them available on the shelf without a prescription,like aspirin or motrin.I don't want to order them from the internet here either.There has to be a country who offers them without a doctor. Amsterdam?Holland? Serious answers only please. Thank you.What country has legal over the counter vicodin for sale?
I was told that Mexico did sell most prescription drugs over-the-counter--the trick was getting them back into the US without getting busted for not having a prescription. Where did you read that Mexico is not selling OTC any more?What country has legal over the counter vicodin for sale?
Mexico DOES NOT sell any kind of Opiates, including Vicodin.

I think Mexico DOES sell opiates but I wouldn't want to risk trying to bring them across the border.

Forgot to mention, Amsterdam/Holland does not sell them without a prescription.

other coutries may do it but when you have it shipped to the US it is very illegal! that is the equivillant of buying weed in a country where it is legal and then bringing it here.....it breaks customs laws and you will get in huge trouble! Your uncle shouldnt be asking you to get him meds and if he really needs them then the doctor will prescribe them!
canada sells 222's. they aren't ';vicodin'; but they are codeine. just like a hydrocodone which usually comes in a 7.5 or a 10..... the 222's are a 2. so it would take 5 of the 222's to equal a lortab 10. And you don't need a prescription, unless they have changed things in the last couple years, my sister used to go across into canada from seattle and buy them over the counter. (pronounced ';two two two'; not ';two twenty two';)

%26lt;edit%26gt;

err yourself, colin....... in SEATTLE where I said we are from, they are called two two two's. tuh-may-to, tuh-mah-to

.
As with any of the opiates, they are heavily controlled for they are extremely addictive. I know of no country, off the top of my head, that would sell Vicodin over-the-counter, nor should they. My question to you is, why does your uncle need to obtain Vicodin without a prescription?

Edit 1: If I am considered a moron for expressing concern for seeking a highly controlled addictive drug without a doctor's advise or prescription, then so be it. I have seen drugs, such as Vicodin, ruin and kill the lives of those that have become addicted to them.
In Mexico you can get any type of pill you want just by walking into the Pharmacy. but then you have to have them get you set up meaning hiding the pills in your pants like under a panty liner or a pad if you will, then you have to go through the boarder patrol and chance getting caught from the drug dogs. Thats all I can help you with, don't know if it helps or not, it can be done because we did it back in highschool made a weekend trip of it. But really scary.
if you find such a country devoid of regulation you probably dont want to take any drugs you get fromit
Vicodin, or hydrocodone, is a narcotic capable of abuse and dependency. It is not sold over the counter in any country legally. It would also be impossible to bring it back to the US, if that's where you are.

Canada has medications containing codeine available over the counter, such as Tylenol 3/8mg.

Edit 1: Er, we do actually call ';222s'; Two Twenty-Twos, not Two Two Twos. That's just freaky.
