What are some websites that display foreclosed homes for sale without having to sign up or pay a fee?

My mom and I are moving soon and we're looking for a cool house that is also cheap so we can make some awesome improvements so if there are any websites that show foreclosed homes without having to pay a fee that would be superb. :DWhat are some websites that display foreclosed homes for sale without having to sign up or pay a fee?
There are several places - www.reotrans.com, www.res.net, www.homepath.com ... I would recommend working with a realtor - the seller pays the buyer's agent's commissions - so it costs you nothing to be represented in your purchase. A realtor can assist in locating, negotiating and helping with getting you to settlement. I can recommend a realtor if you'd like. Best wishes and good luck. What are some websites that display foreclosed homes for sale without having to sign up or pay a fee?
You can search for foreclosures on http://remax.com. They display all listed foreclosures plus the foreclosure data from RealtyTrac. You probably do have to register. If you do and your receive an email contact all you have to do is unsubscribe and you will not be contacted again.
All foreclosures must be posted at the County Recorders Office. Start there.

Attend an auction on the courthouse steps. Every day at noon. When the auction is over, ask to be put on their mailing list.

www.PASREO.com has all of Wells Fargo's repos

www.AMTRUST.com has theirs

www.COUNTRYWIDE.com has theirs ( I don't work for any of them and all are free)
