How do I find houses for sale from tax foreclosures without paying some service?

What state/fedreal agency websites should I go to?How do I find houses for sale from tax foreclosures without paying some service?
Go to your county's sheriff department website and click on sheriff sales. My county lists what homes are up for sheriff auction and you can click on the parcel number and it will show you the property, recent sales, taxes and a description for the home. You can even go to zaba.com after you have the address of a house your interested in and see a picture of the house and property from all angles and so much more info. Hope this helps. How do I find houses for sale from tax foreclosures without paying some service?
